Introduction to Z61H Forged Steel Internal Thread Gate Valve

There are three types of valve cover designs for Z61H forged steel internal threaded gate valves. The first type is a bolted valve cover. According to this design, the valve body is connected to the valve cover with bolts and nuts, and a spiral wound gasket (made of 304 flexible graphite clamp) is used. When customers have special requirements, metal ring connections can also be used. The second design form is a welded valve cover. According to this design form, the valve body and valve cover are connected with threads and fully welded for sealing. When customers have special requirements, it can also be connected through fusion welding. The third type is a pressure self tightening valve cover. Valves designed according to this design form have a threaded connection between the valve body and the valve cover, and an internal pressure self sealing ring seal. Flange end valves are suitable for gate valves, globe valves, lift check valves, swing check valves, and ball valves.

Characteristics of Z61H Forged Steel Internal Thread Gate Valve

1. Full bore or reduced bore;

2. Exposed pole with bracket;

3. Filling and pressing sleeves with automatic centering at both ends;

4. Bolted valve covers with spiral wound gaskets, threaded sealed welded valve covers, or self sealing valve covers

5. Reverse sealing of the body;

6. Socket welding ANSI/ASME B16.11;

7. The threaded end (NPT end) shall comply with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.
