J61H and J61Y PN200~PN320 power station stop valves are suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various systems of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power plants with nominal pressure PN200~PN320 and P54/100V-P57/170V, working temperature ≤ 540 ℃ (where P57/170V working temperature is 570 ℃).

1. The valve cavity adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, which improves the sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures. Welding grooves can be matched according to standards or user requirements

2. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are welded with Stellite cobalt based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, with good scratch resistance and long service life

3. The valve stem has undergone tempering and surface nitriding treatment, providing good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

4. The depth of the valve cover packing box is reasonable, and the packing is added with corrosion inhibitor, ensuring reliable sealing
