Working principle and purpose of the product:

Metal hard sealing ball valve is a high-performance valve developed by our company. The valve seat adopts a metal sealing structure loaded with leaf springs, making it easy to open and close at high temperatures. The ball and valve seat adopt special hardening treatment, and the sealing surface is not scratched. The ball valve has a bidirectional sealing function. The small and medium-sized caliber adopts a floating ball structure (DN15-20mm), while the large and medium-sized caliber adopts a fixed ball structure (DN125-500mm).

Product structure characteristics:

1. The metal hard sealed high-temperature ball valve adopts an eccentric structure. During the closing process, the sealing pressure between the valve seat and the ball rapidly increases, ensuring the reliable sealing of the sealing pair. When the valve is opened, the valve seat and ball can quickly detach, effectively reducing the operating torque and reducing the possibility of damage control between the valve seat surface and the ball.

2. The metal hard sealed floating ball valve adopts an elastic loading structure, which ensures the contact between the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat seal under normal closing conditions. Under high temperature conditions, it can effectively compensate for the thermal expansion of the internal components and avoid jamming caused by high temperature. It is suitable for small and medium-sized diameter high-temperature applications.

3. In addition to the eccentric characteristics of metal hard sealed eccentric ball valves, metal hard sealed high-temperature fixed ball valves also have other advantages here. In addition, it can be used in both directions and is not easy to deposit dirt in the middle chamber. According to user operating conditions, a sewage outlet can also be set in the middle chamber.

4. The spherical surface of the metal hard sealed high-temperature ball valve adopts special hardening treatment, and the valve seat is made of special hard materials or locally welded hard materials to ensure a suitable hardness difference between the sealing pairs.

5. Due to the special surface hardening treatment used on the surface of the ball and the hard alloy surfacing used on the valve seat, it can withstand medium erosion well during the opening and closing process of the valve, making it particularly suitable for solid particles and abrasive media.

6. In addition to the special surface treatment of the ball surface and valve seat surface, flexible graphite and metal wound gaskets are used in other sealing materials, which can be used for high temperature and high pressure conditions and have fire-resistant burning function.
