Introduction to DS/Z64H, DS/Z44H Water Seal/Vacuum Gate Valves

DS/Z64H and DS/Z44H water seal/vacuum gate valves are suitable for use as opening and closing devices on pipelines with a nominal pressure of 100MPa, a working temperature of 425 ℃, and working media of water, steam, oil, and non corrosive gases. They are particularly suitable for steam turbine vacuum condensation systems in thermal power plants.

Characteristics of DS/Z64H, DS/Z44H Water Seal/Vacuum Gate Valves

1. The valve cover packing chamber has a water sealing structure. When water with a pressure of 0.6-1MPa is introduced into the interface, it can isolate the system from the atmosphere and ensure good airtightness of the system.

2. The DS/Z series adopts a dual ram bidirectional elastic seal, which is flexible, fast, and reliable in opening and closing.

3. The product has a simple, compact and reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, and long service life

4. When using the opening and closing device on the pipeline, it must be in a fully open or partially open state and cannot be used to regulate flow.

5. There are two types of valve connections: flange and welding, and the driving methods are manual and electric.

6. The DS series water seal valves are suitable for use as opening and closing devices on pipelines with nominal pressure ≤ 10.0MPa, working temperature ≤ 425 ℃, and working media of water, steam, oil fields, and non corrosive gases. They are particularly suitable for steam turbine vacuum condensation systems in thermal power plants.
