The blind valve is composed of left and right valve bodies, telescopic mechanisms, fan-shaped valve plates, electric push rods I that drive the valve plates, and clamping and loosening electric push rods II.
Blind valve principle: The blind valve has three driving devices, including two manual clamping or loosening devices. One is an electric device that opens or closes the gate. When opening or closing the gate, the two manual devices are first released, and then the electric device is activated to achieve the purpose of opening or closing the gate (special attention: the two manual devices are not released, and the electric device cannot be opened). After the gate is opened or closed, Clamp the two manual devices again before the pipeline can proceed with work.
Valve closing principle
The electric push rod II acts, the sealing pair disengages, and then the electric push rod I acts, causing the fan-shaped valve plate to move from open to closed. After it is fully closed, the electric push rod II acts in the opposite direction, clamping the sealing pair, and closing the valve. Opening the valve will cause the opposite.
Structural characteristics of electric blind valve
1. The electric blind valve is composed of the valve body, driving device, clamping device, etc.
2. The valve body adopts a three-point structure with a compact structure, good overall rigidity, and good weight.
3. The valve body and valve plate sealing pair adopts a flexible sealing pair composed of stainless steel and rubber, which is reliable in sealing. The sealing ring adopts fluororubber, which is resistant to high temperature and has a long service life. 4. The clamping mechanism adopts a screw nut type, with quick clamping and loosening actions and good self-locking performance.
5. The use of explosion-proof motors ensures safe and reliable transportation and operation of valves both indoors and outdoors.
6. This blind valve can also be designed with a separate electrical control box to operate the control device. This machine is not equipped with an electrical control box at the factory, and users need to order it separately.
7. This blind valve can be manually operated on-site or remotely controlled.
Action principle
1. From valve opening to valve closing
The clamping motor acts to drive the screw rod to rotate counterclockwise, and the valve body is released in place (indicated by the indicator light). The driving motor acts to drive the gate plate to rotate counterclockwise and close in place (indicated by the indicator light). The clamping motor acts to drive the screw rod to rotate clockwise, and the valve body is clamped in place (indicated by the indicator light), completing the entire process of opening and closing the valve.
2. Valve from closed to open
The clamping motor acts to drive the screw rod to rotate counterclockwise, and the valve body is released in place (indicated by the indicator light). The driving motor acts to drive the gate plate to rotate clockwise, and the gate plate opens and supports, completing the entire process of the valve from closing to opening (indicated by the indicator light).
Installation and usage instructions for electro-hydraulic blind valve
1. After the installation of this valve is completed, a bracket should be made to fix the valve base. During operation, the valve is subjected to force on the bracket;
2. Firstly, activate the electro-hydraulic clamping device to move the left and right valve bodies completely away from the valve plate. Then, activate the electro-hydraulic driving device of the valve plate to open or close. Then, activate the electro-hydraulic clamping device to check whether the left and right valve bodies are tightly attached to the valve plate and whether the limit switch of the electro-hydraulic driving device is activated.
