Paint standard:

Vacuum impregnation equipment for paint renovation

1) The type of vacuum impregnation equipment: single machine single cylinder type (including one circular paint storage tank, one circular impregnation tank, one vacuum pump, one paint filter, one discharge buffer, hanging basket, etc.).

2) Size of the impregnation tank: (inner diameter clearance size) φ one thousand and four hundred × 1000mm (actual height 1200, excluding hemispherical tank bottom and lid dimensions).

3) Height of paint storage tank

4) The material thickness of the impregnation tank and paint storage tank: ≥ 8mm (accurate calculation by Party B and selection of appropriate materials).

5) The cover of the paint immersion tank is opened or closed using electric hydraulic pressure, which is used for> Vertical opening at 90 ° and able to remain open or closed. The tank cover and body can be locked with union bolts and ring nuts.

6) After the cover of the paint immersion tank is opened, the height from the upper flange of the tank body to the ground should not exceed 1600mm (including supporting feet, installing bottom plates, and channel steel, etc.). After the tank cover is opened, the highest point should not exceed 3100mm above the ground.

7) The vacuum pump adopts the 2X-30A rotary vane vacuum pump.

8) When vacuuming the paint immersion tank, the vacuum degree should reach -0.095MPa within 6-7 minutes. The vacuum pipeline should be placed on top of the tank.

9) The impregnation tank, paint storage tank, vacuum pump, filter, and buffer are installed on an iron plate with a thickness of ≥ 5mm and an 8 # channel steel as a whole. (Split transportation, on-site assembly and debugging.)

10) The paint immersion tank should be equipped with a 500mm wide fixed short ladder for easy observation, operation, and lifting.

11) The vacuum impregnation equipment is equipped with three split type hanging baskets (including lifting rings). Each hanging basket is lifted in and out separately, and three hanging baskets are stacked inside the paint immersion tank. The heights of each hanging basket are 400, 300, and 200mm (excluding the height of the hanging ring), with one basket for each of the three types of hanging baskets; If the size of the lifting ring is included, the total height of the hanging basket should be ≤ 600mm. The lifting ring is allowed to be made into a movable type, but it should be easy to lift. Each hanging basket should be able to bear a weight of 800Kg. (The outer diameter size of the hanging basket matches the painted tank body.)

12) The valve is made of stainless steel.

13) The I-steel track of the electric hoist on the upper part of the paint immersion tank is 3500mm above the ground.

The paint applied to the renovated valve has a glossy appearance, and the ordinary paint will not peel off.

Characteristics of butterfly valves

At present, hard sealed butterfly valves, as a component used to achieve on-off and flow control in pipeline systems, have been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, water and electricity. In the well-known butterfly valve technology, the sealing form mostly adopts a sealing structure, and the sealing materials are rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. Due to the limitations of structural characteristics, it is not suitable for industries such as high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. A relatively advanced butterfly valve is a triple eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve, with the valve body and valve seat as interconnected components. The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft stacked sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with traditional butterfly valves, this type of butterfly valve has the advantages of high temperature resistance, easy operation, no friction when opening and closing, and compensates for sealing with the increase of torque of the transmission mechanism when closing, improving the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and extending its service life.
